What I Had for Dinner Tonight - es el Queso is the host, and some of the #mofircers are posting - not recipes as such - but just what they had for dinner.

It seemed to come out of a daily report es el Queso was giving me over chat. We have since moved onto other topics - but don’t expect to see a blog like “what my kitties/turtles are up to” in the near future.....

Brechtje and Manuel are about to embark on an extended trip to South America - and you can follow their travels and adventures on quepasa!.....

As for me - although I do seem to have a hand in many of the blogs mentioned - I have just been working and gestating. Although I have made a few photographs I’m fond of available on redbubble as cards and prints.....

• You have certainly birthed a few blogs, and a good many websites as well. And im about to get busy with kung fu fighting, 3 times a week, its gonna be fun!

  Im having a major attack of the clumsies just at the moment tho, put my friend’s electric kettle on the electric hotplate and cooked it to death.... made a nasty mess.... a few little incidents like that recently have got me thinking i should stay away from sewing and sharp scissors just at the moment.

• Wait that hurts my brain.... did you try to heat up an electric kettle on a stove? Or did you just place it on the burner too soon after it had been used?

• Nope, i actually put an electric kettle (that looks like a regular old fashioned kettle) on the stove and turned it on and killed the kettle. It was a mess; hot plastic dripping and smoking.... nasty!!! At least it didnt explode or do any permanent damage to the stove and bench-top.

  I was totally distracted by the fact that the element dials went up to 11.
