Man who needs to go to Do Sports when you can make your whole body ache by painting a room?
Two baths have taken the edge off but I’m hoping that a workout today will get rid of all the achy fluid swimming around.
Still J-mum said it costs about 150,000 yen to paint just one room - and I pay 5,000 yen a month to go to the gym. Hmmm they must be a way to combine working out and earning money!

Yeah, paint in the (what’s the Japanese for ‘pubic hair’, did we ever learn that!?) takes entirely too much washing to remove. But wait…we could charge extra for rug shampooing!
