nigari diet - upgrade

by MJD-S
nigari1_0604.jpgnigari2_0604.jpg
So apparently there's been a new twist in the nigari diet revealed! I forget the name of the show but every week they explore some new diet thing (another recent one being drinking vinegar - bleeergh - but no sooner does the show air than companies are marketing juice and vinegar drinks - at twice the price of regular juice mind you) So they examined why some people had success with the nigari diet and others didn't. Basically it comes down to timing. If you sip it thru the day in drinks it's not going to do you good (and probably taste pretty foul). The trick is to put it on your food. Now I'm going to get a little scientific here but bear with me. When you put nigari on your food then magnesium bits go into your blood stream and grab some other bits and that's what is good about it. When you drink it without eating the magnesium bits don't have anything to grab onto and are just flushed through. So there is no point. However the real trick to it is working out how to add it to food without tasting the bitterness of it. And that's where this handy little carry any where spray (if you don't mind looking like a complete dork out in public) comes into play. It distributes it evenly so you don't get pockets of bitterness. 100 yen at the er 100 yen store. You'll probably see this on telly soon. The Boy thought it up though. Does the nigari diet work? Still don't know - but at least now I can't taste it.

Added spice....

  • OK, The Boy needs to RUN to the patent office and register this idea. Then he will make millions selling it to diet product companies.
