3 across Saitama, Chiba and Tokyo.
Epicentre was off the shore of Ibaragi-ken.
Tsunami warning has been canceled.
The actual quake went for a pretty long time, slowly building in strength (at least for us here in Kanagawa).
Earlier around 7pm some people may have felt a quake around Saitama/Tokyo - this also was from near Ibaragi in the ocean. Actually following up on tenki.jp the last 5 quakes today in Japan have come form the same spot - but most of those only rated a 1 or 2 on the Japanese scale.

Update: There was another smaller quake (Japanese scale 1/2) following up at 1:09am.
