We’ve had a strong quake in Kanto. That was a weak 5 in Ibaragi, 4 in Saitama and Chiba, 3 in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Izu and Nagano.
Some areas of Chiba may have felt a 4.
Seemed to go for quite some time.
Update: No tsunami warning.
Update 1:56 am: Magnitude 6.7, same spot off the coast there as all the others. There was actually another quake earlier at 1:16 am as well.

Update 2:09 am: NHK have cameras in Ibaragi - things seems pretty calm.

That one shook us awake. I heard my windchime clinking around outside. Quite the rumble.
